I was looking forward to trying this and seeing what was changed and updated from Rumis. I was pleasantly surprised that the clean and solid Blokus design updated Rumis well. Sure, Rumis had 2 extra play mat designs but the loss of two designs is easily made up for with the design. The game played well and the turntable worked equally as well. One note, we played on a glass smooth surface and when turning the Blokus table the frame of the board would easily slide. This was quickly solved with some plastic bumpers we attached to the bottom of the board so it would not slide on the glass surface.
